Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night room and tax unless otherwise specified.

Guarantee Policy: 

All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Upon check in, the card must be present and full authorization will be taken. We require 100% authorization on a credit card to secure booking at time of check in. Upon check out, you are welcome to change method of payment. 

Terms & Conditions: 

• Check-in time 3 pm
• Check-out time 11 am
• Rates subject to change
• Property is completely non smoking
• Children under 17 years of age stay free (must be accompanied by an adult).
• Pet Policy - $35 one time pet cleaning fee; Max of 2 pets per room
• Late Checkout - After 4pm, half day rate will be applied. After 8pm, full day rate will be applied.
• Extra Adult - $15.00  (Room Rates Include 2 Adults)
• Rollaway Cots and Cribs provided on request and subject to availability
