- Check-in time 3 pm
- Check-out time 11 am
- Rates subject to change
- Property is completely non smoking
- Children under 17 years of age stay free (must be accompanied by an adult).
- Pet Policy - $35 one time pet cleaning fee; Max of 2 pets per room
- Late Checkout - Upon availability only. 11AM to 2PM, complimentary based on availability. After 2pm, half day rate will be applied. After 5pm, full day rate will be applied.
- Extra Adult - $15.00 (Room Rates Include 2 Adults)
- Rollaway Cots and Cribs provided on request and subject to availability
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid penalty of one night room and tax unless otherwise specified.
Guarantee and Payment Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Upon check in, the card must be present, matched with photo identification and a full authorization will be taken for room rate, incidentals (such as parking, pet fee, etc), and a temporary $150 security deposit authorization. Should you need to use a card that will not be physically present at the hotel, please contact us at 902 425 6700, extension 0, atleast 24 hours prior to arrival.
Debit is allowed for payment at check-in, with payment due on arrival for the room rate, incidentals (such as parking, pet fee, etc), and a temporary $250 damage deposit. The $250 deposit is returned at checkout after the room has been reviewed by a staff member, and the debit card must be present to receive this refund.
